                                TIPS ON BRING ITEMS TO OUR STORE:

                                                    CONDITION:

Clothing must be in excellent condition (free of stains, excessive fading/wear, tears, missing bottons/embellishments, tags cut out, etc), freshly laundered and laid out with minimal folding in ridged containers (plastic totes, laundry baskets or larger boxes). 
TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR CLOTHING ITEMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE BAGS OR OVER FILL YOUR CONTAINERS.

Toys, equipment and furniture items must include all original parts and accessories, be clean and in excellent working order.

                                                    DEMAND:

Due to an overwhelming supply of newborn and infant clothing we are extra selective on these sizes.  

We can only afford to purchase those items and clothing styles that have proven to sell well in our store.

                                                    SAFETY:

At Once Upon A Child safety and product quality are always our top priority.  For these reasons we are unable to purchase car seats, recalled items or items that have been retrofited.

If you have Furniture items to bring in, give us a call first with the manufacture's name, model number and date of manufacter so we can do a recall check.
